Thank you for using the Frienradar App. Please read the following terms of use carefully before using the app. By using the app, you agree to these terms of use.

General Terms and Conditions

1.1 The Frienradar App (“the App”) is provided by Luca Brügger (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the App.

1.2 By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

User account

2.1 To use the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and maintaining the security of your account.

2.2 You may not share your user account with any third party or use your user account for any unlawful activity.

Rules of Conduct

3.1 When using the App, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and respect the rights of other users.

3.2 You may not use the App for the following activities:

  • c) violating the privacy of other users;

  • d) distribution of viruses, malicious software or other malicious code;

4.1 We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

4.2 You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for the actions, content or information of other users.

Modifications and Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to the App at any time.

5.2 We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account if you violate these Terms of Use or disregard our policies.

Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and patents, are owned by us or our licensors.

6.2 You may not use, copy, reproduce the App’s intellectual property without our express written permission to use, copy, reproduce or distribute.

Changes to the Terms of Use

7.1 We reserve the right to change or update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the App. By continuing to use the App after the changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms of Use.

8.1 These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

8.2 If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

8.3 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
